Time with my best friend. A conversation years in the making.

Niki and I met while working on the 2012 Obama campaign in Ohio, her home state. It was in December of 2011, on an adventure in training in Chicago that may or may not have entailed bed bugs. She lives in Germany now, but she was back home last month, and we had a chance to spend a weekend together in Dayton. We decided to spend an entire day diving into her Top 10 Strengths. Her Top 10 confirm what I already knew about her. She feels deeply, cares about others, and she knows how to talk to anyone. Through this CliftonStrengths workshop, we got to know each other better, and Niki left with a better understanding of how to turn her talents into even greater strengths!
